Working

Ultimate cleaning results are achieved by the air powered pump and by the solvent brushes which provide a mechanical and solvent cleaning action.

The dirty solvent drains into the solvent storage reservoir placed below the tank and is filtered twice - once t

hrough a basket filter and then through a fine mesh filter to prevent pump damage during recirculation to the brushes.
The screen can be rinsed with clean solvent by simply operating the valve manifold to draw the solvent from a second tank filled with clean solvent.
When connected to a suitable extraction system, the air stream passes over the components to prevent any risk of operator’s exposure to dangerous solvent vapours. The operator is further protected from the risk of solvent splash by a vertically adjustable clear plastic splash curtain.
