- Lifting and lowering movements of the frame holder set, obtained through electromechanical actuator.
- High efficiency vacuum, created by a high head turbine, automatically starting in synchronism with the printing cycle.
- Stroke of the printing and reverse cycle driven by an inverter for vibration-free movement
adjusted by magnetic proximity switches.
- The printing carriage stroke is obtained by toothed belts.
- Snap-distance is adjusted on the four frame edges by micrometrical screws
- Lift-o-mat is adjustable on-the-fly from the machine front panel.
- Squeegee pressure is adjustable through micrometric devices
Squeegee and flood bar are quickly removable with no prejudice for the screen.
- Safety bar positioned on the three sides of the machine in accordance with the TUV regulations
- Start of printing stroke by a foot lever, protected by safety bar
- Squeegee skew control
