Semi-automatic screen printing machine for photoimageable solder mask, single and two packs inks and peelable solder mask.

-           Structure is in thermo welded  tubular steel.

-           Operating cycle PLC controlled; all electrical components are protected by automatic

            switches

-           Printing top made of Alcoa for a perfect planarity, with X   Y   and rotation (max. 4 degrees).

-           Pitch movement at each printing cycle

-           Lifting and lowering movements of the frame holder set, obtained through electromechanical actuator.

-           High efficiency vacuum, created by a high head turbine, automatically starting in synchronism with the printing cycle.

-           Stroke of the printing and reverse cycle driven by an inverter for vibration-free movement

            adjusted by magnetic proximity switches.

-           The printing carriage stroke is obtained by toothed belts.

-           Snap-distance is adjusted on the four frame edges by micrometrical screws

-           Lift-o-mat is adjustable on-the-fly from the machine front panel.

-           Squeegee pressure is adjustable through micrometric devices

            Squeegee and flood bar are quickly removable with no prejudice for the screen.

-           Safety  bar positioned on the three sides of the machine in accordance with the TUV regulations

-           Start of printing stroke by a foot lever, protected by safety bar

-           Squeegee skew control

The following functions, specific for photoimageableSolder Mask can be selected:

·                     Double printing direction

·                     Double printing with printing table alternative movement after every printing cycle
