Structure

Made from electro-welded hardened tubular steel. 

Printing top

Honey-comb structure with stainless steel cover. Powered vacuum with pre-vacuum function
It is adjustable on three axes from the front side of the machine, with indication of zero-adjustment position.

Printing head and printing bridge

The printing bridge slides on rails with special anti-friction guide shoes and is driven by cogged belts. It features printing head front lifting for easy screen cleaning purposes.

Adjustments and controls

All the functions of UNOSTAR are governed by a PLC. All the adjustments are set from the front side of the machine for easy and quick operations. In detail, the main functions are:
- Lift-o-mat screen peel (special device allowing the progressive separation of the screen from the substrate), infinitely adjustable from the operator side
- Independently adjustable printing and flooding speeds
- Four working cycles :
- continuous with dwell timer
- single stroke 
- jogging for set up
- stop of the printing cycle with no flooded screen

Take off device

For remarkable throughput increase UNOSTAR can be coupled to either a side or a rear take-off device (model 3 can be coupled only to side take-off device).
